APPAREL MUST BE RETURNED IN BRAND NEW CONDITION, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. 
Items cannot be washed or worn.

Additional Return & Exchange Info:

  • Items returned that do not comply with these guidelines will either be returned to the customer, or issued a Tamka Sport store credit, at the discretion of Tamka Sport.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) is not required. The shipping method of your choice may be used, however an insured/trackable service is recommended.
  • Please include a copy of your original invoice, along with instructions regarding the reason for return or exchange. If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, please be specific.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT USED OR WORN MERCHANDISE.

General Return Info:

  • Unused/unworn products may be returned within 60 days of receipt of order for full refund.
  • Any item(s) that are returned more than 60 days from date of receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Please include a copy of your original invoice, along with instructions regarding the reason for return or exchange. Items returned without an invoice will only be eligible for store credit, at the discretion of Tamka Sport.

To Return Unused Merchandise with tags attached:

Repack unused merchandise with tags attached back in the original packaging. Include original invoice and state reason for return or exchange on the back of the invoice. Email Tamka Sport at infor@tamkasport.com for a return prepaid label. Cost of shipping will be deducted from customer refund at the lowest shipping price. Items may be exchanged or returned to Tamka Sport main headquarters. Shipping invoice must accompany any returns/exchanges. Standard return policy applies (details). Returned/exchanged items must be repackaged in the original boxes with all labels, and all products being returned or exchanged must be in new condition. Items will be refunded the full price paid minus shipping and handling fees paid on original order. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.

Items in your cart that are not eligible are subject to shipping charges. Shipping will be automatically deducted at checkout. Offer is limited to standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses. Excludes bulk orders and drop ships. Entire order must ship to a single address. Does not apply to prior purchases or open orders and cannot be combined with any other offer. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. International FAQ

What credit card information is required to process my order?

Midwest Sports utilizes a procedure to confirm that the order has been placed by an authorized cardholder. It is an additional security measure required by Tamka Sport to protect, you, the cardholder, and Tamka Sport from credit card fraud. Our apologies for any inconvenience, but the added protection outweighs the small amount of time necessary to provide the proper information.

Required Information:

  1. Name, Address, and Phone Number of the bank issuing your credit card
  2. A copy of your credit card billing statement
  3. A copy of your personal identification card or driver’s license

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?

Tamka Sport cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.

Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?

You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. We strongly suggest that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. We cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

All transactions are done in USD (United States Dollar). We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
